Processing Time Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier disruptions, or high volume periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control.
Tracking All orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Track your order via the link in your shipment email or through the carrier's website.
International Orders & Customs International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees applicable in their country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are beyond our control. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Policy We want you to love your Drop Shot NYC tee. If something is not right, here is how we handle it:
Returns Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached Sale items are final sale - no returns or exchanges Drop Shot NYC Drop items are final sale - no returns or exchanges
Exchanges We do not process direct exchanges due to limited stock. To exchange a size, return your original order for a refund and place a new order for the correct size.
Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or significantly different from what was described: Contact us within 7 days of delivery Include your order number and clear photos of the fault We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
How to Return Email hello@dropshotnyc.com with your order number and reason for return Wait for our return instructions (we respond within 24 hours) Pack the item securely and post it to the address we provide Return postage is at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item
Refunds Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider but typically takes 3-7 business days to appear.
